Returns Policy:

Eligibility for Returns:

Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in the original condition. Please note that custom items cannot be returned.

Return Policy:

Email us at support@twofold.cc with your order number ad reason for wanting to return the product, in order to start the return process. Please be aware that customers are responsible for the cost of any and all return shipping costs.

Refunds:

Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will issues a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Exchanges Policy:

​We do not exchange items. So please take care before checking out with items to make sure they are what you wish to purchase. If you wish to return an item and buy something else, that is welcomed. However please note that customers are responsible for any and all return shipping costs.
